The countdown has begun for one of the most anticipated inclusive events in the city’s sporting calendar.
The 2025 Wiltshire WheelPower Sports Festival will take place at the Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre, Salisbury on 26 February, offering an inspiring day of inclusive sports and activities for disabled people of all ages and abilities.
WheelPower, the national charity for wheelchair sport, is proud to organise this vibrant festival. The event will feature a wide range of activities designed to encourage participation and build confidence. We are very pleased to announce that Wheelchair Basketball Club, Swindon Shock and Wiltshire Cricket will be attending the sports festival with further sports yet to be confirmed.
A Festival for All
This free-to-attend Sport Festival is open to individuals with physical disabilities, their families, friends and supporters. No prior experience is necessary, and equipment will be provided to ensure participants can fully immerse themselves in the day’s activities. Trained coaches and volunteers will be on hand to offer guidance, support, and encouragement.
