In our Spring time Qigong session we will be working with the Wood element, supporting the growth of new life and new beginnings! The Wood element helps us to increase the amount of Qi (energy) in the body, awakening our true potential for compassion and kindness, to both ourselves and others. The spirit animal of this season is the green dragon, waking up our inner dragon opens us to new possibilities, opening our minds to achieving our visions and dreams.

- Online Classes are taught seated but you are welcome to practice either seated or standing.
- Qigong is accessible for anybody that would like to learn. Movements are adapted to suit all abilities.
