Partnership Development Manager
Ella started in the newly created role of Partnership Development Manager in August 2022. Her appointment follows a 15-year-long career as a rowing coach, 12 of those spent at British Rowing, including a six year tenure with the Paralympic Pathway programme.
Ella will be working to increase and maintain relationships across National Governing Bodies (NGBs), the National Disability Sports Organistaions (NDSOs), sports organisations, and other stakeholders, in order to keep improving access and opportunities for individuals who wish to take part in disability sport. She will also be supporting the work of the Head of Sport & Physical Activity, and the rest of the WheelPower team to enable the development of Regional Hubs that can offer a range of opportunities in people’s local areas.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys archery, trail running (often accompanied by her dog), badminton, and more-than-occasional baking.
