Kevan has been Chairman of WheelPower for 25 years and given a huge amount to the organisation.
As an athlete Kevan is a two time bronze medal winning Paralympian in Discus and has been a great role model for people with spinal injuries.
Kevan competed in 4 Paralympic Games; 1984 (Stoke Mandeville 7th), 1988 (Seoul South Korea 4th, 1992 (Bronze) and 1996 (Atlanta Bronze).
A former World Record Holder, he also won Gold on 3 occasions at International Wheelchair Games at Stoke Mandeville.
In 2011, as Chairman of WheelPower, Kevan was awarded the OBE in the 2011 New Year Honours, for voluntary service to Disability Sports.
